Technology

The technology of production of both types of socks on modern machines include the following:
- Binding sock blanks (with open toe)
- Rooms' toe
- Forming (thermofixing) socks
- Sewing labels and packaging

1. Binding sock blanks without sewing the toe.

Class knitting knitting machine indicates the number of needles in the first inch of the circumference of the pincushion (working needle holder), which, in turn, provides the density of knitted products. Higher class of matings, the thinner the needle, increasing their number is located on the pincushion, providing a smaller loop binding and thus a higher density of breeding.

In semi-automatic one operator (a special operator skills required) provides a blank toe into the input guides linking machines, which with a high degree of accuracy (a very thin seam and automatic cutting of thread) makes sewing the toe and the dumping of finished products in the basket drive.

3. Forming socks.

To make the product the presentation is shaping socks. The operation is performed on the semi-humid-heat pressing socks machines VTPA-1H with a capacity of up to 7200 pairs / day. Maintenance of this machine is made by one operator without special qualification training.

The process of forming socks on semi-automatic machines VTPA-1N is in the following way:

4) in the automatic mode is the withdrawal of the press on forms;

4. Sewing labels and packaging

Depending on the required parameters of packaging used different equipment and devices. In the starter, usually used by an individual pair prishivka labels in cars LSWM-1, or sticker adhesive labels with units LSTM-1 with the preliminary pair of socks stitched with staples at facilities SM-2. Making labels ordered the printing press.

Individual package of socks (if required) is performed manually by inserting a pair of socks prepared in individual packages, usually with a valve to stick. Production of packing bags ordered in the manufacturer of polyethylene packaging.
